President and Managing Partner since 2013. Nearly 20 years in inspection and construction management for pipeline and facility projects. Leads with integrity, honesty and professionalism.

Jon Rey

Oversees day-to-day operations. Over 20 years from pipeline welder through gas plant operations and construction management on pipelines, compressor stations and refineries.

Grace Lee

Joined 2019. Manages biological surveys, NEPA documentation and sensitive-species habitat assessments. B.S. in Environmental Biology with GIS Certification.

Tanner Paulek

Joined 2015. Leads threatened and endangered species surveys and biological reporting. Associate's in environmental science, with experience at the Durango Fish Hatchery.

Mike Mixter

Joined 2018. Directs GIS delivery with a focus on quality and innovation. B.S. Geology (Tufts), B.A. Computer Science & GIS (Fort Lewis), 40 years in oil and gas. Author, Manual of Wellsite Geology.
